The Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission (AAEDC) and the Minnesota Small Business Development Center (MN SBDC) have partnered to provide local entrepreneurs and business owners with access to confidential, one-on-one business consulting from experienced advisor Calvin Guyer.
Consulting is offered at no cost to eligible businesses thanks to regional support and grant funding.

Meet Calvin Guyer
Originally from Rochester, Calvin worked with the Metro MN SBDC in the Twin Cities for a number of years. Calvin and his wife fell in love with the Alexandria area and are building their retirement home here. The West Central MN SBDC is very grateful that Calvin now shares his small business expertise in our region!

- Small Business Development Center consulting is offered at no cost. All you have to do is sign up for consulting services using the "Sign Up" button below.
- Calvin holds office hours at AAEDC every first and third Friday after "Wake Up Alexandria"! To learn more about "Wake Up Alexandria" visit their page.
- Once you're signed up as an SBDC client, schedule an appointment with Calvin using the scheduling link below. Calvin will meet with you in the AAEDC office building at 203 Broadway St., Alexandria.
